Specifically, during hours that Antonio was not present, he introduced me to Eric Blosser to coordinate paperwork and worked with Matt Bentel so that final paperwork and processing was expedited without compromising quality. I was only there to have my car serviced when I ran into Chris Simmons. I explained a few things I was looking for in a new vehicle and he instantly knew which vehicles to show me. He was extremely informative and honest. When I wasn't entirely sold on making a new purchase, Chris understood completely and did not push the situation. Regardless, he was more than willing to show me the new 2015 CR-V even though I still had no intentions on making a purchase that day. Chris's extensive knowledge on the CR-V allowed him to point out the key features and specs of the vehicle while letting the CR-V sell itself. I felt as though I was looking at the vehicle with a friend rather than a salesman. Shifflett was great to work with, minimal wait, and he was great at explaining the ins and outs of the car to my teenage daughter who has to drive over an hour a day to Shenandoah Valley Governor's School in Fishersville and then back to her regular high school. Both E.C. and Dan Johnson were courteous and friendly and made the experience much better than my last car buying experience. I would highly recommend both gentlemen as well as Harrisonburg Honda. My daughter and I went to different dealerships in Staunton and Harrisonburg and this was by far the best experience for both of us. Car's running great and we are very happy. More
