It took us a long time to figure out what we wanted, but he was very patient, and we never felt pressured at any point. Since Phil works primarily at the Hyundai Dealership next door, there were a few things he didn't know about the Honda, but he was always honest in saying so, and found the answer to our questions quickly. Truly felt like he was committed to the process, but without the pressure. Just a super nice guy. During the negotiating phase, the manager (don't recall his name), who has the final say on price, was also respectful and did not make us feel uncomfortable. The whole process moved along without any glitches. More
