Our Salesman, Rich Glovier, was polite, conscientious, and upfront throughout our search for a new CRV-EX-L. Mike Mele handled the finances and explained all the options with regard to extended warranties and maintenance packages. He was informative and very low-pressure. I went with the 48 month pre-paid maintenance plan and still paid less overall than the best quote I could get in northern Virginia. The rest of the staff at Harrisonburg Honda was friendly and polite. When I am ready to upgrade my 2008 Odyssey later this year or early next year I will be calling Tyree and his team at Harrisonburg Honda.
