Horrible Communication! Over 2 weeks now that they have had my truck for repairs! Was told by a manager that we would have it by the end of last week, Friday came and went, Over 2 weeks now that they have had my truck for repairs! Was told by a manager that we would have it by the end of last week, Friday came and went, no call. We called them on Saturday, the person that answered had no clue and said we'd hear from someone Monday or Tuesday, well both days have come and gone and still NO CALL! The manager should have at least called us to update us in how things are going - this is now actually the 3rd date they have missed on repairs for our truck! More
