I know this won’t be posted anywhere but I would like to say that the trade-in process isn’t very fare. I know that they need to make money but in todays market with used prices there should be no reason fo say that the trade-in process isn’t very fare. I know that they need to make money but in todays market with used prices there should be no reason for screwing people as bad as they did on mine. Once they found out what I owed on it that’s what they we’re going to give me and that is total BS. The used price program they use is should be public and then people would know what the true mark up is. It should only be 2-5k not double what they are willing to pay out. But that’s business and I’m not in it so I guess I wouldn’t understand. So I guess I should just save my money and buy it out right but that’s not going to happen for the general public so they should be happy that people finance for vehicles and they get what they want for their vehicles and the bank makes some money on the process. I’ve never been to a dealership before, but they made it so easy. They were all very friendly and were great when my husband found a strut mount on my Explorer that needed to be replaced while we test drov so easy.
