I sent a bunch of emails early one morning when we got serious about buying a car. They were the first ones back and the ones who most energetically courted my business. I got questions answered quickly. Their quote was very competitive. They are ready to sell cars. My impression is that Dennis and Doug are not laid back latte sipping fancy dealship guys with high margins who slowly court wealthy suburbanites. They have great prices and are no nonsense so they deal in volume and move quickly but have excellent pricing. My local dealership is more slow moving and OK, take your time, yahda yahda, have a beverage—but they do not price their vehicles as well. Dennis and Doug tagged teamed and both answered my many telephone call questions for me when the other was busy. They were very straightforward no nonsense guys who have a lot of energy and want to move cars. Do your research, know what you want and they will get you into the car you want quickly and at a really good price. If you are strolling around just looking then hit the more laid back suburban dealers. Go to these guys when you want a car. More
I came in to get some positive feed back on the 2009 Corolla XRS and was shocked to hear the salesman speak negative about it. He said it was over priced and people should buy the Camry instead. Stran Corolla XRS and was shocked to hear the salesman speak negative about it. He said it was over priced and people should buy the Camry instead. Strange to hear a Toyota person speak this way about the #1 selling car in the world. Whitey42 Auburn, MA More
I went there twice looking for a car. I gave them a price range which they completely ignored. Then they blatantly lied about my credit score and when I showed them all three of my credit reports, they tried range which they completely ignored. Then they blatantly lied about my credit score and when I showed them all three of my credit reports, they tried to tell me that they use "different agencies" than the ones consumers do. I found a car I liked but told them I would return with my parents. They told me that they don't normally hold cars and that I should fill out the paperwork. I said I didn't feel comfortable, but they assured me it would be null and void if I decide to not buy the car. Big fat lie. More
You get a feeling that the whole place is being run by teenagers. This irresponsible “don’t worry, be happy” attitude mixed with empty promises and excuses of the type “my dog ate my homework”. I went to teenagers. This irresponsible “don’t worry, be happy” attitude mixed with empty promises and excuses of the type “my dog ate my homework”. I went to this dealership 3 times (I’m serious) and counting to get the car that I already bought to go back home empty-handed. I hear things like: “the car will be ready this afternoon”, “we will bring you your car”, “we will send someone to your workplace to get the papers signed”, “we will do whatever it takes to get it done” and Oh, their favorite: “what’s your phone number we’ll call you back in 10 minutes.” Non of the above actually takes place, instead of getting the car I hear lame excuses like: “We are sorry, but the car isn’t here yet”, “YOUR insurance company didn’t send us the papers”, “I’ll call you back.” And every time it takes them a good half-hour to even figure out a status. I’m writing this so that others wouldn’t have to go trough this. More
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE. WORST THAN THE THRASH TALKERS. Get everything in writing, like I did and was happy to walk away from them without loosing deposit. I called a WORST THAN THE THRASH TALKERS. Get everything in writing, like I did and was happy to walk away from them without loosing deposit. I called and spoke to an internet sales associate, agreed to a price for a Sienna, however did not like it and was interested in 08 model. No hard feels at this point. I let them know I would be interested in leasing and we negotiated a price. I was told since the 08's have not come in we will not know if there are any incentive and the money factor. The sales manager Dennis said lets do a lease agreement today and will redo the lease numbers once the van arrives. Fair enough we do the lease paper I make sure they write the negotiated price on ever document which they did. We use some some factor and close the paper work. I rented a car for a month until the new one arrives. They get the van and call me we are all very excited, I take my dad, wife to show the new van. I say to them lets do the lease paper so that i could get the van tomorrow so that I can bring the down payment. At this point they refuse to use the current money factor and stick to a very high (385). Dennis comes into the office I make it clear that I am very comfortable with the price of the van and will pay the agreed amount. However the money factor is too high. At this point all xxxx breaks and he is very rude, bangs the desk, throws the file around. This is bad behavior for any one. Their VP John steps in he is cool, however they still will not change the money factor. In essence its a rip off they lower the price and charge to tons of money per month. Based on their payment, I would have paid them 1 thousand over the MSRP, althou the negotiated price was 700 below invoice!!! Net I had to unnecessarily rent a car for a month ($940). More

I would have to say that they are the worst dealer I have dealt with. After the sale of the car, I had a few complications so I called them back to work it out....still yet to pick up my car.....I explained dealt with. After the sale of the car, I had a few complications so I called them back to work it out....still yet to pick up my car.....I explained my problem. The next day they put through the two checks that were on hold for the downpayment. I was promised these checks amounting to $1900 would not be cashed. They did it anyway and my account was overdrawn, mind you I still did not have a car!!!! I went to the dealership demanding my money back. I also put a $100 down payment and asked that back. Asked for my paperwork and anything else with my name on it. They told me that that they couldn't do anything b/c the office was closed. I demanded they return the $100 to my cc and they charged it again!!!!!! I have calls into the attorney general, bbb and the owner of the company. I would never recommend going there. After the sale they could care less. More
I have read and heard mixed reviews about this dealership, so it should be no surprise that i was a little apprehensive...even though i was recommended through a refferrel. I had a trade in and w dealership, so it should be no surprise that i was a little apprehensive...even though i was recommended through a refferrel. I had a trade in and wanted to buy a new car. I sat down with Greg (salesman) and went over prices, because i was comparitive shopping and knew exactly what i wanted. Greg asked a few simple questions and brought Jason (sales manager) over and we worked out a number that i was quite impressed with. It seemed too good, and walked away telling them they would hear from me tomorrow. The next morning i called and told Jason we had a deal, i would be there later in the evening. I arrived, the paperwork had ALREADY drawn up with the EXACT numbers we had talked about...NO hidden fees. It was so painless. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had, best "sales" experience i had ever had. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this dealership to ANYONE, especially GREG and JASON. I cant say how my experience would have been without those two GREAT guys working with me. My experience deserves an A+++++++++++++!! More
