I researched the SUV's I was interested in on Edmunds.com and sent requests for quotes to all the dealeares within 20 miles. in replying to my inquiries Laura was quick to reply to all of my questions. We went to Harr after visiting another local dealer where we got beat on for 3 hours with the old "what do we have to do to get you in the car today?" and about 20 reductions from their starting price. Chris Allen quoted me a great price right off the bat and the price included all dealer fees. I actually emailed him 3 times because the price was so good and I was expecting them to throw in some last minute fees - but that was the final price! I would recommend Chris and Harr to anyone...
