Nate was a great salesperson, he knew the answers to our questions regarding the safety features in the 2009 Sienna. He was patient and worked extremely hard with us to come up with a deal we could afford. The finance department (Doreen?) also worked hard with us to get the best loan rate. She also went over all of the Toyota options thoroughly and in terms we could understand, helping us decide if the programs fit our needs. Thank you for a great experience. More
I stopped in here first just to test drive a couple of vehicles in order to refine my search for a new SUV. I met Gen. Sales Manager Keith Lincoln and he hooked me up with Sales Manager Jason Testagrossa. I made it clear that I had just started my search and that I would not be making any final decisions that day. They seemed fine with that. I told them that I still planned on shopping around. They were fine with that but at all times they were sure to let me know that where ever I went and what ever I found that they would and could give me a better deal on whatever I found out there. I felt that they were telling me that they wanted my business and were saying basically, don't be afraid to ask for a better deal if I thought that a better deal were possible. I shopped around for about a week and a half, my free time is very limited, and got some pretty good numbers I thought. I returneed to Harr Toyota with my research and presenteed it to them. There was never a question as to if they could beat the prices that I found. It was just a matter of how much they could save me. My savings turned out to be substantial and I agreed to a deal. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander, a vehicle that I had always admired but never thought I would be able to afford till I was presented with a deal that I would have been crazy to pass up. And they didn't try to tack on a bunch of other options that would have increased the final number for the vehicle. Not that they didn't let me know about other premiums that I could add on. But when I declined interest, they accepted my decision. All in all my experience was great. I could tell that they wanted my business. They not only told me that but showed me that by beating the competitions "very best because we like you so much" prices. The sincerity at Harr turned out to be genuine as opposed to the feeling of being sucked into a processing plant that I found when I visited the competition. But enough about that. It has been 2 weeks since I made my purchase at Harr Toyota and I am still thankful for the excellent experience. And I will be sure to take them up on their often repeated offer of "if there is anything that we can do for you now or in the future, please let us know". More
We went to Harr to look at cars. We ended up driving the car of our choice home that day. Will was friendly, honest, knowledgable and completely opposite of what you expect a salesman to be. No one loves to go car shopping, but I would recommend Harr to all of my friends. Thank you! More

I did an internet search and requested prices from all the Toyota dealerships in the area and then called to confirm that the price I had been quoted was the price for which I was actually eligible. Chri the Toyota dealerships in the area and then called to confirm that the price I had been quoted was the price for which I was actually eligible. Chris quoted me a price with the incentives he knew I was eligible for and when I called he did some leg work to find additional incentives for which I qualified. When I visited they had a selection of cars at the price he quoted, not just one. They gave me a more than fair deal on my trade-in. It ended up being more economical for me to buy a new car from Harr than getting a used car that no longer had a warranty. In 5 years I will be making payments on a 5 year old car rather than making the same payments on an 8 year old car in 4 years. Everyone I worked with at Harr was top notch and I would do business with them again. More
I went into Harr Toyota on 2/14/2009 to see the new Toyota Corolla LXE as I new I needed a new car and Corolla was on my list of prospective vehicles. Kevin showed me and had me test drive a Corolla L Toyota Corolla LXE as I new I needed a new car and Corolla was on my list of prospective vehicles. Kevin showed me and had me test drive a Corolla LE. The vehicle did not have Electronic Stability/Traction Control (which was a must for me). My intent was to visit a few other manufacturer dealerships to inspect their offerings and possibly buy a Corolla LE or LXE with EST/Traction control if I did not find anything more suitable. Kevin took the keys to my car (ostensibly to check the mileage) and only after the 3rd request, gave them back to me. When I asked about the cost of the car, the first offer presented to me was a figure of $329/month for 72 months on the back of a piece of paper with no itemization of the sales price, the cash down, the trade in value or other figures associated with a valued. When I asked what the APR on that financed figure was, I was told, "I don't know". Thankfully, I had done my research ahead of time and that figure worked out to over 17% APR with the $1500 rebate, $1600 for my trade (which he and "his boss" told me was what I was getting), and $1500 cash down. After showing them my numbers from edmunds.com, Kevin and his boss finally came back with itemized figures that appeared reasonable. I then wanted to leave the dealership and think about the test drive and compare it to other vehicles (Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer, etc.) I planned on inspecting. Despite telling Kevin and his "boss" that I was running late to meet my parents for dinner, they insisted that I sign a Purchase and Sales agreement and put $1500 down in order to "lock in" the $1500 President's Day weekend rebates should they be able to locate a Corolla with EST/Traction control for me. I was assured that by signing the P&S there was no financial commitment and I could get my money back at any time. I ended up deciding to buy another vehicle from another dealership within then next 24 hours and had to take serious steps to protect my legal interests as when I verbally notified Kevin and Harr Toyota that I wanted my money back, I was given the "check has already been deposited" line and told that I could not get my money back until I gave them a copy of the front and back of the cashed check. I ended up successfully placing a stop payment on the check. The whole experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I certainly will not deal with this dealership ever again. The high pressure sales practices and attempts to get me to sign a P&S with $$ down before I was ready to buy an identified car, the holding of my car keys after repeated requests for their return, and the presenting me with an initial finance figure of over 17% (my FICO is 780 and AAA approved my for 5.57% APR for 60 mos.) was outrageous. But then again, "Caveat Emptor", right? For those who don't know latin, that's "Buyer Beware"! More
They're very friendly and know your name, talk to you like a normal person, and they've always fixed things completely the first time unlike other places I've been. Sometimes they're booked for a while to do general maintenance but they've always been able to work around your needs. Great all around. More
