Mike, I am really surprised and disappointed by your unsatisfactory review of us on DealerRater.com. You give the impression that we employ high pressure tactics to sell vehicles here. Not only is that an unfair statement, but also blatantly false, especially in your case. According to our records you first sent an inquiry on September 4th 2009 to purchase a Highlander. After a visit to the store on the 13th we didn’t come to a deal. Apparently the pressure wasn’t too terrible then since you expressed renewed interest on November 10th, December 14th, and January 15th. You came back to the store, signed a purchase and sales agreement to purchase a 2009 Highlander and backed out on January 25th. Your deposit was promptly refunded without question. On March 3rd you came back to the store AGAIN (3rd visit to a high pressure store?) to purchase a Highlander. This was your request: to give us a deposit, take a purchase and sales agreement with you, and hold a price on a vehicle so you could go out and shop to get a better deal. You are in Real Estate, you understand how the sales process works, and that is certainly not negotiating in good faith on your part. We once again promptly refunded your deposit, and then I see this review. It says you bought a vehicle somewhere else, it also says a lot about you. The other shopping experience was MUCH easier because you took our price, all our work, and went up the road and worked a new deal, which is what you planned to do all along. In my opinion you wasted the time of several employees at Harr over a 7 month period of time, too bad there isn't a CustomerRater.com.
