Hello Sergey, I wanted to bring some clarity to your situation because it is an unfortunate miscommunication that I think could have been avoided if you were simply provided with more information. First and foremost, thank you for your business here. You should know that although we do provide financing here, the rates come from directly from the banks based on your credit history. In your case, the rate was higher due to your lack of credit history and we have no control over what the bank offers. If you had purchased an additional option other than the car and decided to cancel it, you will get your money back but it comes off of the loan. If you check your account balance with whatever bank you had financed through, you will see that the total balance will reflect the lower amount due to the refund. I wanted to personally reach out and apologize for what seems like a very unhappy experience you've had. That is not typical of our dealership. I am glad to hear you were able to end up getting a vehicle. I wish I was able to say we could go back and communicate with you better through the process as opposed to you being frustrated with the process. I am sure you are aware that we do not personally give loans out for the vehicles but they are given by whatever bank may approve you for a loan. This can be a very frustrating process when there is little communication from the bank as to why they make decisions so in turn, we do not have much information to turn over to you. I am also sorry you left with the impression that new car customers are any different than a pre-owned customer because that is simply not the case here. In fact, our salepeople are non-commission based so it is truly the same to them either way regardless of whatever you wish to buy because they simply wish to help you find a car that works for you. I am glad to see you rated the prices of our cars well which is what we have control over and take pride in.
