Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It’s a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn’t spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I’ve ever met. Yesenia was not only the type of woman you notice in a crowd for her striking beauty, but that beauty shined from within. Yesenia is just a kind, compassionate soul who truly cares about people. Harr Motors makes you feel like you matter and in a world filled with so much noise and chaos, it’s nice to have a dealership who makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. I will never forget this car buying experience and I hope to one day, pay their kindness forward in life, because life is incredibly fragile and we never know what our future holds so learn to dance in the rain because this life is just a dress rehearsal for the next. More
I scheduled an appointment at Harr Toyota for June 11, 2025, to purchase a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was advertised online as Toyota Gold Certified with a clean vehicle history. I did my research, confirm 2025, to purchase a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was advertised online as Toyota Gold Certified with a clean vehicle history. I did my research, confirmed details ahead of time, and came with cash in hand, fully prepared to buy the car. When I arrived, I was assisted by a salesperson named Nana, who immediately told me the SUV had a severe mold problem. He showed me pictures of the vehicle completely dismantled from the inside and said it wouldn’t be ready until July. I asked to see the car myself and was shocked to find it stripped and clearly not drivable. None of this was disclosed beforehand. To add to the confusion, Nana then said that because of the year, the SUV was actually Silver Certified, not Gold — even though it was advertised as Gold Certified. Between the false certification, the undisclosed damage, and the car being in unusable condition, I felt completely misled. After all that, I was still questioned about why I wanted the vehicle — despite having done my homework, scheduled an appointment, and arrived ready to buy. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch, and a complete waste of my time. I left disappointed and frustrated. I cannot recommend Harr Toyota to anyone looking for transparency, professionalism, or honesty. More

Martin Duffner aka Marti is a star guy… he makes anything happen!!! I noticed he is more interested in your happiness rather than just selling you a car. I am super happy with my car purchase and is now a life customer at Harrs Toyota Gold Star Blv. I gave a five star rating because there is only five stars on the rating scale, but in truth and in fact Harrs deserves a 10 star ratings. Marti am telling you, you are doing a superb job at Harrs. I brought my truck in for the pre paid service. My tires are bald I knew that going in, when I got my truck back the inspection report said my tires were at 8/32 meaning next to new. I wanted to know how my brakes looked but I can’t trust anything on the report as the brakes were new according to them. Not sure if it was rushed or because it was a prepaid service but they are not only loosing business they are also loosing a customer. I wish I hadn’t pre paid for the service because I do not feel comfortable bringing my truck in even for just oil changes. More
