I took approx. 2 hours or so but probably half of that was spent looking at several vehicles, test ride etc. Worked with Russ S. Who was pretty good guy. Overall price is little high but did not try to negotiate. Traded in a true crap box that i am sure they will just drop at junk yard. Ended up paying 500 downpayment. Which really is good. Must say I am verry happy because my credit was awful. No pressure so thats a plus as well. More

It took them a little bit longer to register my car because of the insurance paperworks faxing issue and the day it was registered the person who had my registration was caught in traffic that i had to wait for another 2 hrs. but i patiently waited and for me it pays off... i am now driving my 2012 hyundai tucson and love it... thank you Nathan and Rob... u both are great and u guys are the best!!!! The trip was treacherous and that was only enhanced by the suspect condition of the car I was driving. When I arrived, the staff was kind, helpful, and somewhat apologetic that the weather was worse than forecasted. Within 2 hours, I drove out of the parking lot with my "New-to-me" car. It was more than I imagined that I would ever have been able to buy with my suspect credit. The only thing that I didn't like was that they waited until the bank paid them before registering my vehicle with the state. This caused a slight problem with my insurance which was resolved with a phone call. Otherwise, Harr is great. Their service department is superior and after each service appointment, they wash your car. And because I purchased my car there, I have free car washes for the life of the car. More

Awesome guys and very helpful, I went there just seeing if I could get approved cuz my credit is junk and I did. Nathan worked fast as he could getting the bank to get me in my new car. From the very start, this Haverhill, MA Dealership was not the "right" choice. They make you feel like this is your "only" option, they pull the switch/bate technique, they tell you that you are preappro not the "right" choice. They make you feel like this is your "only" option, they pull the switch/bate technique, they tell you that you are preapproved when the process has "NOT" been completed with respect to the Bank..all the long, taking your money. They tell "don't worry, if you do not want this loan/car, we will happily refund your money via Check Request" ...implying that the process is seamless - IT IS NOT - I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP....DO your research and know that "you have options". I received a call from Dawn after filling out a car loan online. She stated I was qualified for a loan. I told her I was run through the mill already driving over 2 hrs only to get denied. She stated this was an income based loan and everyone is approved. I would need to bring in proof of residency, pay stub and valid drivers license when I came in to meet with the finance manager. Everything is done by appt so I made an appt for Saturday morning. Saturday morning arrives and I was running a little late. When I arrived I was greeted by the sales person. I gave her my information and she said okay it's going to be a few minutes. There was another customer there who was purchasing a vehicle and the sales person brought her out for a test drive. I say and waited for over 2 hours. The finance manager did not meet with me nor was the vehicle I was interested in after I was told it would be. After waiting 2 hours I was told I was approved for X vehicle but they wanted $2500 down. I told her that I wasn't able to do that much and asked about another vehicle. She told me the vehicles I chose were on the high end and would require the same deposit. I then asked about another vehicle and was told it smelled like old people!! She was new and in training so I let it go. Needless to say if you decide to go there ask a lot of questions or it will be a waste of time. More

BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH SWINDLE> I was told that I was approved for a vehicle loan. I had received an email that my loan was approved. This company advertises itself as a express loan company. I then drove two hours to the location in Worcester and was treated poorly from the get go. I was sat down and treated like a second rate human being, not a paying customer. I was expected to buy a car from them when that was never my intention, nor what I was promised(on paper!!!) It was a waste of time and I would not suggest anyone deal with these people. More
