I went looking for a loan and while there found the Toyota Rav4 I was looking for. Rich and Tyler went above and beyond to help me through the whole process. This place and its staff is untrained, unprofessional, and a joke. Once you sign sales papers all customer service leaves and they make every attempt possible to dodge you. Sketchy place and doesn’t understand simple sales procedures or state laws. It took them until the 7 day grace period for registration and inspection after our cashing a vehicle to even submit the paperwork completed a week ago and then tried to tell me it was legal for me to drive the vehicle still without a sticker.... I spent the whole week trying to contact them about the status of the registration I was promised to have by Monday and inspection on the same or falling day and was ignored and had none of my calls returned. They even went as far as to instantly block my calls unless I called from a restricted a number. Not sure why anyone would want to do business with such sketchy and unprofessional people. Trying to do business with them was a nightmare and I’m relived to be out of the deal and no longer pursuing purchasing a vehicle from these clowns. I’d highly recommend seeking business with professionals who can actually get higher than a 1star review. They will lie, scam, and dodge everything to just try and make a sale and then go ghost on you! The “manager” Richie and Joe lacked the grammar and spelling ability a regular elementary school student would have when I had to help them with spelling on all the paperwork as well. This place is a joke and ridiculous! More

So here I sit with this car I own and have insured for over a week and can't even drive it off there lot. What a joke. Still waiting. More
