MIKE PRESCOTT IN SERVICE IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFULL,I HAVE A LIMOUSINE SERVICE SO DOWN TIME OF A VEHICLE IS CRITICAL. MIKE IS ALWAYS QUICK TO GET MY VEHICLE IN AND OUT OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I ALSO USE THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ON A REGULAR BASIS,THE INTIRE STAFF IS EXELLENT.

My Review of Harr Ford:
I deal with Mike Prescott in service a couple times a week every week to service our Ford ambulances. The service center is great to deal with on a regular basis and is always friendly and courteous. The service center always gets the work done in a timely fashion and with great quality which is very important in the ambulance business. The staff is a pleasure to deal with and always flexible with our needs. We continue to use their service department for our truck needs.

As a small business with limited resources we appreciate Mike's efforts in promptly handling our vehicle maintenance needs. We can count on him for accurate pricing and having our trucks ready at the agreed up time.

To date we have not had to return with a "come back" and appreciate how friendly and effecient he is with the drop off and pick up process
This allows us to focus in on our business and better serve our customer's needs.

My Review of Harr Ford:
My expierence with Harr Ford was great. Staff was very tentative and very understanding. I was in a bad way with the vehicle I was trading in being that Oldsmobile doesn't make Bravada's anymore nor is there any Oldsmobile dealerships. I owed more than my SUV was worth, and my credit was nothing to be proud of. That conversation never was talked about. THey worked with me to get the best possible deal, even if my credit was bad. Wayne was great he works very hard to get you what your looking for even if it meant me not wanting to test drive certain vehicles... He took me on a test drive to show me what the new car could do and all the bells and whistles it had. I do have to say I will MISS my heated seats, which is the only whistle this new car is missing... I'm Loving the moon roof. Always said my next vehicle would have one.
Thanks for the help and support. Look foward to dealing with Harr Ford again if and when needed.

The paperwork process was very lengthy and slow. We purchased this vehicle for our company and it took neary 2 hours to process the paperwork even with an appointment scheduled ahead of time. The car was already selected. Stil the process was smooth but would have like it to be quicker.

My Review of Harr Ford:
I have recently purchase a Ford Focus. My salesperson Brian Lindsey made all the difference in my final decision. His attentiveness to my needs and concerns were very helpful. His follow up call to be sure that I was happy with my purchase made me realize that I was not just a sale to him. He could have easily forgotton all about me after I had signed. Just to know that he took the time to actually check in with me showed me that he actually cared about the person and not just the sale.

My Review of Harr Ford:
From the time we arrived to the the point at which we drove off the lot with our new vehicle we were treated with professional and pleasant people. We were just looking and were not thinking of purchasing a new vehicle on that day, but with all Harr, Ford Motor, and Brian had to offer it was hard not to drive away in the vehicle that we first were looking at. I will reccomend anyone to Harr Ford that is thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Harr Ford:
My dealing with the 2 gentleman began after an extremely disappointing experience with their affiliated Dodge dealership and a young, inexperienced salesman. I spent a week going back and forth with Dodge and was going to end up settling for something that cost more than I wanted to spend and was not what I was looking for. When the finance person called me to discuss options I told him that the vehicle I was purchasing was not what I wanted and I was really interested in a used Jeep Liberty that I saw from the beginning. He told me he knew of an even better vehicle and would have someone call me. Within 10 minutes of speaking with Brian I couldn't wait to go see the Jeep Liberty they suggested. Rather than purchasing a little Dodge Caliber which was going to cost me upwards of $20,000 Brian had a silver Jeep Liberty 2006, completely loaded and absolutely mint with under 25,000 miles waiting for me. Within 30 minutes of driving the vehicle, and sitting down with he and Rich to negotiate a price. I was approved for financing on a vehicle I was extremely pleased with, for a price that they were willing to work with me on, payments that were comfortable for someone just coming out of a lease. They knew that financing for me was a challenge because my credit score was far less than pristine, yet they were compassionate and respectful and never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about such a sensitive issue. Brian especially was agreeable with me that my decision to go with this vehicle and work on improving my credit over the next couple of years and having something exceptional to trade in was a more rational road to go down than to be looking at a brand new vehicle that I was never happy about to begin with. Although I never expressed this with them I must say that I have never really been a fan of Ford, however, when it comes time to trade in I will actively seek out Brian and Rich because it was there efforts that truly got me into the vehicle I wanted. I realize the privelege of credit is a major factor in getting people into what they want when financing a vehicle but in todays tough economic times I am sure they have had to work just as dillegently on their customers behalf and they were willing to listen to me and work with me and for me for my satisfaction. My initial dealings with their affiliates at Dodge left me feeling disappointed, insignificant and basically like a "loser". Certainly no one wants to be kicked when they are down. I knew the challenges they would be faced with, the only positive thing was that my new friends at Harr Ford picked up the ball for the win when they fumbled.
