Unleaded I am basing this review on solely my experience with having to request a loaner vehicle comparable to what i have versus it automatically being given I am basing this review on solely my experience with having to request a loaner vehicle comparable to what i have versus it automatically being given to me (i have a dodge Durango and they wanted to give me a compact car.. i have 3 kids 2 still in car seats). I spoke to Jocelyn whom informed me of this i asked to speak to management to be able to get a bigger car). next having to rent a vehicle and giving my cc to be on file versus an actual loaner being given to me by dodge. Also i go to pick up my truck and its not even vacuumed and washed at least.. Should of stuck with LEXUS they offer the BEST service hands down.. More

Customer satisfaction 2017 Pacifica I went to the dealership a couple of weeks ago to look at both 2017 Didge Caravan and 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. My salesman was Adam Jackson he had both I went to the dealership a couple of weeks ago to look at both 2017 Didge Caravan and 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. My salesman was Adam Jackson he had both cars out and ready for driving and inspection and went through the differences of the 2 cars options etc. after considering pros and cons and wants and needs I decided on a 2017 Pacifica but they only had a 2018 with the options I wanted. We settled in a price and did the paperwork. That vehicle was being procured from another dealer and it was sold aLready we found out a couple days later. Adam knew what I wanted and found some available at other dealers. They then sent to another state brought the vehicle in and it was exactly what I was looking for. Long story short they didn't initially have what I wanted but bent over backward to obtain it for the previously agreed upon price. My salesman Adam was in constant touch with me to make the deal happen with what I wanted not just settling for what was immediately available. I would recommend him without reservation to others.
