We have a positive experience every time, whether it is renewing a lease or coming in for service. Their exceptional customer serivce is consistant. Tommy has kept in touch with us to check in and see how things are going with our lease. This is definately not of the ordinary with car sales and speaks volumes of his genuine care even after the sale. More
I purchased an Infiniti fx35 on February 20th, 2014. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Tommy Pulvirenti. I explained to Tommy, I drove by the dealership and spotted the QX70. On the test drive, Tommy didn't pressure me and was quick to answer all of my questions. It was so nice, not to be pressured! I mentioned to Tommy that I was on my lunch break. He was very considerate watching the time. I brought my husband into the dealership, that afternoon. Tommy handed us the keys and told us to drive the vehicle as long as we needed to. We compared the pricing to comparable models online and found the dealership to be very competitive. Matt Stegal and Tommy were very professional to work with. We completed our test drive, negotiating and paperwork within an hour and half. (The bulk of the time, was spent on our test drive) Nick Dockery completed our paperwork and was also, easy to work with. No high pressure sales from Nick! Tommy and Matt, have made us customers for life. I will be recommending the dealership to all of my family and friends. Thank you to Harpers for making our car purchase, a pleasant experience! More

He took the time and was patient with all our questions. Once the purchased was done, he stayed connected with us to make sure we did not have any trouble with car or any questions. I had my first experience with the service department for an oil change and it was remarkable. They cleaned my car inside out and gave me a loaner so I would not be stranded. My husband and I had owned 4 Infiniti vehicles...so when it came time to buy again, I called Matt Stegall at Harper Infiniti. He went above and beyond the call of duty. My husband passed away in May 2012 it came time to buy again, I called Matt Stegall at Harper Infiniti. He went above and beyond the call of duty. My husband passed away in May 2012 leaving me with a 2008 FX (no longer under warranty) and a 2009 G37 (huge car payment). After several months, I decided to trade in both vehicles for a 2012 FX. Matt Stegall had just the car I was looking for. Matt Stegall and another Harper Infiniti employee came to my house which is about 45 miles away to drive one of my vehicles back to the dealership. That was a great help to me. Matt is not only a great asset to Harper Infiniti but someone I now consider my friend. More
