I have always had great experiences with Tommy Pulverinti in researching, finding, and selecting the car that is just right for me and my family. He is so effective we currently own 3 cars. Matt Stegall is excellent to work with and is an incredible customer advocate. On the service side Zack Hester and Phillip Weaver are the most effective team I have ever experienced. My wife likes these guys so much she bakes them cookies or bread before bringing her car in for service! Always a great experience and we will keep coming back. More

Absolute Best Experience I went online and saw this car that I really really wanted at Harper Infiniti -Knoxville. So I called the dealership and I was connected to Chris Wom I went online and saw this car that I really really wanted at Harper Infiniti -Knoxville. So I called the dealership and I was connected to Chris Womac. From the very beginning, he was super. He had (3) cars lined up for me to drive including the one I really wanted. He was super patient because I was like a kid in a candy store. I couldn't decide and he never pressured me to get either of the cars I test drove. Eventually I decided, I lived more than 100 miles away, however, the deal was done (paperwork ready) when I decided which car I wanted. It was just that simple. My experience with Chris and Harper is superb. I later took my car back to get it serviced (over 100 mile drive) I neglected to secure a loaner. I was having my car detailed as well so it was going to be a long day sitting in the lobby. Chris saw me and said, I will find something for you to drive. Pretty awesome!
