Not honest about vehicle condition over the phone. Disappointing experience with this dealership. I called about the condition of a 6 year old used vehicle before driving 3 hours to test drive. I asked specific questions about the paint and overall appearance. The salesman called me back and told me he had personally looked it over and assured me it would meet my expectations. After making the long trip he pulled the vehicle around and it was shocking to see how bad it was. No where close to what I was told on the phone. After pointing out to him that he was dishonest in his feedback he offered to repaint the front of the vehicle to get it back to the condition they adversities do it to be. I declined and left disappointed in the time he made me waste. The cliche of the salesman telling you what you want to hear to get you there is tactic used at this dealership. More
