I gave you the chance to correct the situation, when I called you stated “He’s been here since 2013” longevity does not define character and how you treat customers. It only means his character has been overlooked for all these years or his character only showed towards me for whatever reason that may be. I much rather you get my tag to me that you said would be overnighted to me on Wednesday. It is Friday and the status says “ Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.”. You did not seem to want to assist the situation the first time it, was swept under the rug. Now that there is a review the attention of the matter has been grasped.
