First service trip with my new MDX. I have had wonderful experiences from the sale with Ed Langston to car washes. My MDX 2020 is awesome. From the moment I drove up, I was met by the service guy before I even got my door open. He was very friendly & called me by name, and proceeded to get my MDX serviced. I didn't have an appointment, and had before I even got my door open. He was very friendly & called me by name, and proceeded to get my MDX serviced. I didn't have an appointment, and had the oil changed, tires rotated, and a nail removed from my right front tire and plugged. The service manager Richard Tompa and I have become friends through the years, and he always takes a minute for a catch-up chat. I was in and out in less than an hour with no reservation. Very pleased with the service....as always. More
