Problem Solved I feel like anyone who buys these cars is going to be "particular" so when my brand new TL developed a screeching brake problem there was only one per I feel like anyone who buys these cars is going to be "particular" so when my brand new TL developed a screeching brake problem there was only one person more annoyed than me. R. Jay tried two different procedures to try and remedy the problem but when those didn't work he explained that the third time was going to be a charm because they were putting all new rotors and pads on all four wheels. So after all of his care and concern I'm certain that I'll just buy cars from whichever dealership he works for, I'm sure it'll be a good one. More

I was given a very nice loaner car and RJ delivered my vehicle to me personally at my home in a very timely manner. This type of personalized service is very hard to come by. Over the weekend someone hit my car with their truck tire which caused for large black markings on my car that I was unable to get off on my own. I called the dealership and spoke with R. Jay Prusik and he which caused for large black markings on my car that I was unable to get off on my own. I called the dealership and spoke with R. Jay Prusik and he was extremely helpful and told me to come in so that they could look at the damage and help me decide what my best options would be. When I arrived, he informed me that in a few days I would have the opportunity to drop off my car to get buffed and re-painted which was good news, but I was still a bit aggravated that I had black marks on my car, so he went over and beyond his job duties and used a special product and some serious elbow grease and removed most of the marks on my car. I was beyond happy and looking forward to bringing my car back to be completely fixed. A few days later I dropped off my car, which is always such an easy process, and that afternoon when I spoke with R. Jay he said that they were able to buff out the rest of the damage and my car was as good as new. When I proceeded to ask him how much it would cost me, he simply replied nothing at all. At that moment, I was completely taken aback because he could have easily charged me for the time and effort that it took for them to work on my car, but he insisted that it was no big deal and that Harper Acura would be happy to absorb the cost this time. It is so wonderful to know that there are still wonderful employees and companies that believe in doing good for others. I have told so many people in the past 24 hours just how fantastic R. Jay was to work with and how easy and stress free it has been to work with Harper Acura and I am certain that I will continue to pass the word along about the outstanding customer service. I continu I have a 2003 Acura MDX. When I started having problems with the car, a friend referred me to Harper Acura, specifically Kenny Rolen. I continue to go to Harper Acura because of Kenny. He is quite knowledgeable and has a sense of calmness that takes away my anxiety. He explains exactly what was wrong with the car and what the mechanics did to fix it. When he does quote an amount, he has been on point. I like dealing with Kenny because he has a great personality and deals with you as if you were his only customer. At times, I want to go back to my previous mechanic because he has a better price, but because of Kenny’s customer service skills and his knowledge, I take my car to Harper Acura. More
