Service above and beyond Traveling to the Knoxville area from Nashville for the day I ran over something on I-75 causing a blow-out. I pulled off the interstate to change the tire and noticed that whatever I ran over not only pierced the tire but also put a hole on the inside of the rim about the size of a half-dollar. I called my mechanic back in Nashville and they recommeded I go to Harper Acura and ask for Mike or John in the parts department. As luck would have it a customer was there having a rim replaced on his wife's car (she had hit a pothole that bent the rim). Mike was able to swap out my irreparable rim with the one from that customer's wife's car and mounted a used tire he had on site. When the repair was completed Richard took my car for a test drive to make sure the vibration from the bent rim wasn't unbeareable at highway speeds. As I prepared to pay for the repair I was told there was no charge. If that doesn't define "customer service" I don't know what does. More

I stopped into the service center completely out of the blue without ever having stepped foot in Harper Acura before and I interacted with the utmost courteous, friendly and supremely helpful staff. Within minutes, my car was pulled into a service bay and fixed by a technician with an overall turnaround time of less than 5 minutes. Free of charge and with a smile, the Harper Acura team left me astounded with their customer service. Meanwhile, the genuinely friendly and pleasant Ray Panzera chatted with me and made me feel at home. I don't live in Knoxville, nor am I in the market for a new car, but if I was, Harper Acura would be receiving my business without a moments delay. More

Problem Solved I feel like anyone who buys these cars is going to be "particular" so when my brand new TL developed a screeching brake problem there was only one per I feel like anyone who buys these cars is going to be "particular" so when my brand new TL developed a screeching brake problem there was only one person more annoyed than me. R. Jay tried two different procedures to try and remedy the problem but when those didn't work he explained that the third time was going to be a charm because they were putting all new rotors and pads on all four wheels. So after all of his care and concern I'm certain that I'll just buy cars from whichever dealership he works for, I'm sure it'll be a good one. More
