Great experience I purchased my 2015 RDX from Joey Tipton. Yesterday, I took it in for service and talked with Brad Laura. I have also talked by phone with Richard Tom I purchased my 2015 RDX from Joey Tipton. Yesterday, I took it in for service and talked with Brad Laura. I have also talked by phone with Richard Tompa. All three provide great customer service. It is obvious that taking care of the customer is stressed at every level at Harper. I can't imagine better service any where else. More

Excellent response to concerns I recently expressed dissatisfaction with service received on Black Friday in a survey from Harper. The service manager called me personally and apol I recently expressed dissatisfaction with service received on Black Friday in a survey from Harper. The service manager called me personally and apologized and set up an appointment for me to bring my Acura back in yesterday. He greeted me personally and took my car for a test drive. As a result of the drive, he thought the torque converter needed to be replaced. I left my car in the hands of Brad Laura (who also graciously apologized for the Black Friday service I received) and provided me with a loaner car because the torque converter replacement was to take two days. I got my car back today and Brad was very helpful. I want to express my thanks to everyone at Harper for the way they responded to my concerns and the way they worked to replace the torque converter in a quick and professional manner. More
