The loaner car is always very clean & free of smoke smells. Once I return to claim my car, it's always been cleaned with a cold bottle of water waiting for me! From the phone call to schedule my service to when I pull out in my car, everyone is beyond polite! Very accommodating! If you are looking for a new car or a preowned car.....run to Harper Acura!! Steve thoroughly explained the plan and also the results when I returned to pick up my car. The loaner vehicle was great; I had no interruptions in my plans for the day and it was fun to drive! The waiting area is comfortable and spotless. On pick up, my car was clean and chilled bottles of water were waiting for me! Amazing! More
