Quick to fix our unexpected problem. My car developed an unexpected, horrible sound in the rear wheel. We dropped the car off at night drop without an appointment. Sales Rep - Non Cooperative The sales representative Allan was very rude and made unnecessary comments when we started initial negotiation discussion. He alleged "I have seen so many friends of yours and I know how it goes. We can order dinner and negotiate all day". At that point, I decided not to buy the car even if I was really interested. I was actually going to seal the deal on that day. I went to Metro Toyota same day and locked the car even it was not exactly what I was looking for. Last year, I helped my friend to buy a new Honda CRV and we worked with sales representative named Nancy. She was very open and cooperative. We went back and forth with the negotiation and she was very patience and it was win win situation for both of us. The Management should take action with Allan to change his attitude towards the customers or else they would loose some serious referrals from the customers. I would not recommend any one in town to go with Harold Zeigler if Allan has this same attitude. More
Oil Change I came for an oil change although my car computer said my oil was at 40% life. We are traveling to Georgia in several days...wanted to be sure the ca I came for an oil change although my car computer said my oil was at 40% life. We are traveling to Georgia in several days...wanted to be sure the car was checked over. They found 3 teeny tiny nicks in my windshield. Because it could be fixed right then (few minutes) and the call for insurance reimbursement could all be done done...and only $54....I had it done. I appreciated the insurance factor all done with just a 10 minute phone call. I did pass on having my cabin air filter replaced. Maybe next time. More

I was treated like a preferred customer the entire time. He listened to me as I described wanting to downsize to a Civic. He made one available for me to use and was terrific. This was all going on in the midst of an unexpected family situation. He totally delivered on all he said and did. I felt like I was treated just like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. The finance specialist (sorry don't have his name here) was terrific, had all info ready and processed it very efficiently. I value the great treatment and will definitely recommend the dealership as I have been doing since my first Honda. More
