I was treated like a preferred customer the entire time. He listened to me as I described wanting to downsize to a Civic. He made one available for me to use and was terrific. This was all going on in the midst of an unexpected family situation. He totally delivered on all he said and did. I felt like I was treated just like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. The finance specialist (sorry don't have his name here) was terrific, had all info ready and processed it very efficiently. I value the great treatment and will definitely recommend the dealership as I have been doing since my first Honda. More

My first visit to Zeigler Honda. Dave (service rep.) did a great job getting my car into the service area in a timely manner and in introducing me to a sales rep. to get a preliminary trade-in estimate. Dave also seemed to take into account my input as far as the symptoms of my vehicle's problem. The time for the technician to diagnose the problem and replace a worn out part were very reasonable. The cost was in line with other dealerships, but slightly more expensive (about $30 more) than when I had a rear bearing replaced at Rivertown Honda last spring. Also, I was very happy that Zeigler only charged me $5 to replace the battery in my key for the door locks and alarm. Rivertown Honda in Grand Rapids wanted a ridiculous amount more ($20). Overall, a good job. I only had two issues with my experience. First, I had to ask for a copy of the multi point inspection checklist at the end of my visit, and there was no tread measurement on that checklist. Because my visit was for a specific suspension issue rather than a simple express service oil change, and I know that my tire tread depth is good, I wasn't overly upset. However, it makes me a little nervous about the technician's thoroughness when items are omitted. Perhaps, I'm being overly critical, but I've had poor experiences at three other Honda dealerships now, so I am very wary when I visit a new Honda shop. My second issue is that although my car's problem seems considerably improved, the noise it was making does not seem to have completely gone away. I'm hoping the remaining noise will subside as the part gets broken in over the next week or so and as the weather warms. More

Had a oil change on my wife's Honda. Drive in service on Saturday. The service folks were very prompt and did the oil change and check up in about 30 minutes. Very helpful in reviewing the cars service history and records. the service tech asked a sales guy to visit with me regarding new vehicles available with a manual transmission...not many.... but that is not the dealers fault. No big sales push, just a little casual chat. Overall a great service experience. More
We had a bad experience with the Zeigler service department a few years ago, and all over $50, and switched to Seelye Ford. My college aged daughter bought a used Honda, so I thought I'd try the Ho department a few years ago, and all over $50, and switched to Seelye Ford.
