This dealership went out of their way to get my Flex back on the road. The factory warranty people absolutely SUCKED. The actual cause of the problem was not specifically determined although the dash was dis on the road. The factory warranty people absolutely SUCKED. The factory warranty people were very explicit in explaining that if I have this problem again, O well, not covered if I don’t purchase more additional extended warranty. My third Flex, love the car. Not real comfortable driving this car anymore. By the way, the dealer didn’t charge me for this work. Really customer oriented. Thanks again to Harold Ford. Harold also has a Chevy dealership. This was my second trip to have someone locate a noise coming from the front of the car when driving over a bumpy road. Unfortunately, the technician did not find anything, and the noise continues.
