This was my second trip to have someone locate a noise coming from the front of the car when driving over a bumpy road. Unfortunately, the technician did not find anything, and the noise continues. Everyone was/is friendly, but we have not been successful in fixing our issues. We had an oil change a few weeks back when an oil leak was discovered. The service rep told me he would get a quote together in fixing our issues. We had an oil change a few weeks back when an oil leak was discovered. The service rep told me he would get a quote together on how to get it fixed. A week later I had no info so I called back. They told me that they did not know how that happened but would get the information right over. I had to work and my wife followed up. They got some info and a quote together and my wife and I agreed to the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for last Thursday at 8am. We dropped the truck Wednesday night to ensure the service would be completed by 2pm because my wife had to drive back to Alabama. (She drove up to get the truck serviced while visiting me while I was working in the area). At 11:48 Thursday the service dept called and discussed other issues with the vehicle that would increase the quote but that they didn’t have the parts on hand to fix the original issue because of the new issues found. Since we had to leave for Alabama that day we asked to just pick it up. The truck was ready when we arrived and we left. The disappointment was the only reason my wife drove up here for the week was to get the truck fixed and it didn’t happen. We are probably going to get it looked at and fixed in Alabama. We were just hoping to find a dealership close to our future home on Clear Lake. More
