He pulled up, I took it for a test drive and sure enough it was EXACTLY what I had in mind. The whole purchasing process went smooth and relatively quick. He helped me pair my phone to the vehicle, set me up for the free trial of the XM Radio and Onstar feature, gave me the keys and away I went...a very happy customer. I waited 5 hours for an oil change, rotation, and transmission flush. It was supposed to take an hour and 45 mins. I was told car was swept but still not washed after 5 hours so they would let me go transmission flush. It was supposed to take an hour and 45 mins.
