You guys really outdid yourselves, she was blown away by the friendship Ken showed when he convinced her she needed a 40k dollar Ram 1500 truck that she could barely get in to so she could tow a 2000 lb trailer, then proceeded to help her hook up and go camping with her before leaving her in the mountains with a vehicle that immediately broke down! Real professional guys! But what else would you do when you over charge her 10k for a used vehicle? Go camping! Not to mention the fact he told her to wait past the 72 hr cooling off period so he didn't have to do the work to make it right. Good thing you have such good Christian people working for you! More

I sent over an offer to the company and they countered an offer and we then from there we got the ball rolling. I sent an offer over Friday (at closing), counter offer sent to us Early Saturday, picked up car Sunday. There were maybe 6 phone calls made between us in those 3 days. This was so smooth and I would do it again this way and if I need another car they will have my business! More
