Once we signed the papers we could not get anyone to return our calls about questions we had. They did not return texts. We communicated with Jennifer over text for hours going over all the terms of the sale. They kept us waiting for an hour in the lobby while talking in the back office, only to come out and drastically chan over all the terms of the sale. They kept us waiting for an hour in the lobby while talking in the back office, only to come out and drastically change the terms of the sale. Unfortunately, I feel like they intentionally mislead us because they knew we were trying to decide between them and another dealer. I’d advise to shop elsewhere. More
