The car I Bought has problems with the automatic tailgate opening and closing correctly from the first day after I purchased it and it has scratches. I was told the car I traded had a few minor sc tailgate opening and closing correctly from the first day after I purchased it and it has scratches. I was told the car I traded had a few minor scratches on the fender was going to cost $ 2500. to fix before they could sell it , and two new tires. They did not give me a good price for my trad in. Why did they not disclose the problems on the car I bought. Every question I had about the car they didn’t know because it was a Toyota not a Honda. The car I bought was as is, I will be going to a Toyota dealer in the future because now I don’t trust them. More
They were intentionally deceptive during the financing process, after indicating that I only wanted GAP coverage the finance manager claimed it would add approx 30 monthly to my bill, which I agreed to. A process, after indicating that I only wanted GAP coverage the finance manager claimed it would add approx 30 monthly to my bill, which I agreed to. After that he said he could “throw in” 3 other warranties for an additional 6 dollars a month. When I asked why this was, he claimed it was because I could get them all at a lower price when bundling and get employee pricing. I trusted the manager and signed the paperwork as I was guided through the process. After everything was all said and done, I reviewed the paperwork and this was indeed not the case. The cost of GAP insurance was just originally falsely inflated so that it wouldn’t seem so bad when I bought the other policies, making it look like I was getting it all for an extremely low price. At the minimum, this dealership did teach me to go over the paperwork myself and not to trust the workers there. More
