There is no rating low enough--have spent thousands and thousands and more thousands (they often pressure you to leave car and then call with more costly stuff to "repair"). I made an appointment for recal thousands and more thousands (they often pressure you to leave car and then call with more costly stuff to "repair"). I made an appointment for recall service, called to confirm and when i reached the dealership, they were unwilling to do the service or even check if they had the required part. They threatened to not release the car to me if they started (I don not think that is legal). Would give lower then zero stars. More

I recently bought a 2022 used Cadillac at Hare Honda. It was easily the best car buying experience we ever had. We live in Ohio about 150 miles away from Hare Honda in Avon, IN. We found the car we wanted online and began communicating by phone to get the information we needed. We drove over in late December, 2023 to see the car and make a decision. In the interim, we had an email from Marcus telling us that he strongly encourages his people to "follow up" and to expect to hear from them. And we did hear from the team! To drive 150 miles for a car requires that you have confidence in the people you are going to do business with. Marcus' team did just that. I will probably forget someone: but I must mention Umer (who is Mr. USA by his initals), Greg (who came in on his day off to meet with us), Theo, Levi, Nyla.
