First visit here in a quite a while due to not-so-great service. Kyleigh Archer was fantastic! She took care of everything, even provided a loaner when my car wasn’t done in time and gave me ‘deal of the d service. Kyleigh Archer was fantastic! I live over an hour away from this dealer! I phone in for an appointment last week. I hit a Vulcher and it damaged some sensors. I went for my appt. today and waited in line for 10 minutes. When they got to me, they told me I would have to leave the car for 1 to 2 days, as they would have to do diagnostics on it. I hadn't made arrangements to leave it. Why didn't they tell me this when I made the appt.? I wasted 1/2 day because they didn't tell me this, so I had to make another appt. and arrange for transportation. Poor way to a company to do business. Crap like this will make me purchase vehicles close to home. Poor Customer Service More
