John Choate and Bobby Heaton were wonderful to work with. We got the car we wanted at a very reasonable price and we enjoy looking out the window and seeing it in our driveway. We agreed on a price and picked it up the same day....cleaned inside and out with a full tank of gas. It was the best car purchase experience we've had since we've been buying cars. From the beginning of the process to the end of purchase was horrible. I am an out of state purchaser and have purchased several vehicles this way and never got treated like this. From being told over the p was horrible. I am an out of state purchaser and have purchased several vehicles this way and never got treated like this. From being told over the phone by Levi that he was too business to handle my loan to me calling, texting and emailing numerous times to get answers or updates. It was like they didn’t want my business. Also I asked for pictures before purchasing to make sure there were any damages or scratches and was told by Jeff that everything was fine. But it wasn’t. Also he said that the car would be cleaned and ready for transport and when received there were some damage and scratches to this vehicle. The transport driver took pictures of pick up and I did also of interior and exterior. You guys made this out of state purchasing experience for me horrible and very disappointing. Thank you!! More

Questionable ethics. I was looking at a new car on the floor that had leather seats. It did not show an upcharge for the leather seats. When I went to sit down with a sa I was looking at a new car on the floor that had leather seats. It did not show an upcharge for the leather seats. When I went to sit down with a salesperson (Milton) to discuss price, there was not an upcharge for the the leather seats. However, when the manager came over to talk to me, he told me there would be an up charge for the leather seats of $1999. . This was never listed anywhere on the sticker or or the price. I felt like it was false advertising and unethical. This was very disappointing that a dealership could add extra cost after the sticker price of $1999 which was never listed on any part of the car or on the price sticker of the car. This would have been my third car I bought from Hare Honda but no more. Very dissatisfied More
