2 1/2 hour oil change I scheduled an oil change appt. online. In the online app. I specified what oil was required ( knowing it is not standard). Met with service rep on requirements only to find out the oil was not there, but would have it in 30 mins. Was told total service time would be 1-1 1/2 hours.At 30 mins I was advised the car was Grahm Rahal's I bought the car at Hare and had it serviced at Hare. I still own the car! At 8:30 was advised they were having trouble locating the oil. I checked online and found it at the WalMart across the street, told the service rep. He told me that WalMart is not a vendor. At 9:00 I was told the oil was on the way and the job would be complete by 9:30. I advised the rep that I had a scheduled appt at 11:00 and it would take an hour to get there. At 10 no car. I was late for my appt. dealt with a very unprofessional service rep., and had the pleasure of paying $ 100.00 for oil. After all that got back in the car only to smell oil burning for the next 30 mins. Evidently spilled oil in the engine bay! Great Job Hare! More

First complaint: It took over an hour to get windshield wipers installed. Second complaint: I took a flat tire in and was told it couldn't be fixed so I ordered 2 new tires. I plugged the tire myself and have had zero problems! Third complaint: I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited 2 1/2 hours and still didn't get it changed, so I left. More

I had a 5:15 p.m. appt got there at 5 I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Mark. I explained that I had an appt and was offered via email $15 bunny bucks he immediately said I will take care of greeted by a gentleman named Mark. I explained that I had an appt and was offered via email $15 bunny bucks he immediately said I will take care of you go ahead and have a seat in the lobby and I will come look for you when your vehicle is ready approx. 45 minutes. Well I decided to walk down to Wal-Mart. I was only gone for 22 minutes and Mark called to say he couldn't find me in the lobby when he looked for me bcuz my vehicle was done. Well I replied I walked down to Wal-Mart and I would head back that way now. I immediately beeline to check out and walk out the door to Mark's smiling face in a Hare Chevrolet vehicle. He tells me hop in. I'm beaming from ear to ear bcuz to me that was over and above and I sincerely appreciated him for doing that for me. That's the type of customer service that needs to be implemented everywhere. He told me that my smile made his day and I replied yours did the exact same for me. What an AWESOME experience!
