Oil change. Took 2 1/2 hours. After, not sure where my vehicle was. The lady checking me out was irritated I asked to use a coupon. Asked to look at breaks and r Took 2 1/2 hours. After, not sure where my vehicle was. The lady checking me out was irritated I asked to use a coupon. Asked to look at breaks and rotors, not sure I really trust: my brakes are still squeaky. $300 to change pads and rotors. Little ridiculous! I purchased my vehicle with you. The service should be discounted. More

Before Christmas, Experienced a problem with 08 Suburban , they quoted $4200 for a couple of items. This is an 08 truck. I talked with a salesman, and I bought another SUV( paid cash up front,) test drove t , they quoted $4200 for a couple of items. This is an 08 truck. I talked with a salesman, and I bought another SUV( paid cash up front,) test drove truck no problem, even Service manager said I was getting a great vehicle, he knew the vehicle, 1 owner. Picked the vehicle up next day and it had a rumbling in the transmission. Talked with salesman and he quoted they would work with me. service Manager said could not check it until the third of January! I will follow up on how this is resolved, other than going to Monica Peck, owner of Hare Chevy. More
