Salesman listened to us when we told him what sort of car we needed and when we explained our financial situation. We had a 1999 Expedition with over 225,000 miles on it. On a Monday evening as my husband drove into the garage, it breathed it last breathe. We drove around the lot on Monday night, identified a few cars we liked, viewed them on line and through the process of elimination pick a car. We contacted Hare Chevrolet on Tuesday morning and was introduced to Todd Kirkpatrick. We told Todd what we were looking for, including payments. His finance team was able to meet our requirements. When we arrived to test drive the car, it was prepped and ready to go with us. We completed the paperwork and within a hour, I was driving off the lot with a "new" car. Jon was friendly from the start. We actually left Hare to look at other cars. My husband and I came back to Hare because of Jon. Jon didn't try to force us into buying a car. Ronnie was very helpful with getting me a car that would be dependable and payments I could afford. She showed me some cars from the buy here pay here lot and none of them really worked for what i wanted o be dependable and payments I could afford.
