Jon came in on his day off over Thanksgiving weekend. He pushed the test drive, sale and paperwork through quickly so we could be on our way. He even had the car detailed while we wrote the check! Sean Holt was extremely helpful to our family. We knew we wanted an Acadia, and when the first one we test drove was out of our price range he worked to find us another available vehicle that had recently be wanted an Acadia, and when the first one we test drove was out of our price range he worked to find us another available vehicle that had recently been traded in. We were leaving on vacation the next day but were able to take the truck home that night and bring it back after our trip to be fully detailed. After taking it home we found a few minor issues (broken vanity mirror, lumbar support, loose running board) - but when we brought the truck back to be fully detailed these issues were resolved as well.
