We went to Hare Chevrolet looking for a used truck under $15,000. Wayne approached us in the car lot, greeted us, and asked if he could help us. The second/rear seat was roomy, the interior was immaculate, and the truck even had a bed topper. Plus, the price was in our range. We took a test drive around the block and decided that this was the vehicle we needed. So Wayne allowed us to take the truck home to get the Cavalier that we were going to trade in. This allowed us to further test drive the truck. Upon returning with the Cavalier, we were ready to wait for a long time. Our previous car buying experiences often would stretch for 1-3 hours. However, this time we waited about 40 minutes. Wayne came back to use numerous times to make sure we were comfortable or to see if we needed anything. He never stood still! The financial man, Francis, was also very courteous and pleasant. The "numbers" for the car were acceptable, and the trade-in for the Cavalier was good. Francis patiently explained each document that we had to sign. Overall, we were very satisified with the entire process. More
