We left them feeling the way people tend to feel after that experience, disrespected and unimportant to the business. We were just another opportunity to take advantage of someone... Now, let's contrast that typical car buying experience with the people at Hardy. We will never buy a vehicle anywhere other than Hardy. Everyone was caring, concerned, and honest. That was refreshing after a long day of car shopping. We bought a 2020 Telluride. The price was where it should be so I didn't have to negotiate. The dealership fees were the lowest I have ever seen. I think we were there less than an hour and a half from pulling in to pulling out. Graham and Hunter were awesome. Brett was great to work with. Best car buying experience ever... More

Robert Glover was an amazing sales men that had knowledge on the vehicles and helped get the right one that fitted my wants for the right price on top I also loved how easy it was to trade in my car for a ne on the vehicles and helped get the right one that fitted my wants for the right price on top I also loved how easy it was to trade in my car for a new vehicle and the stream lined process. Robert had a wonderful sense of humor and saw what best fitted my needs and helped me choose the right vehicle and I’m very happy with it also the vehicle came with only one key and I’m appreciative of how Robert was able to set up getting me a second key made the following day. The only thing I can recommend is that when it comes to detailing the vehicles there’s more attention to detail applied I found a lighter and some stuff from the previous owner shoved inbetween the seats and the windows had like a film on them and the rear floor mats were just in the truck bed I think if hardy wants to go all the way for the customer just one last quick clean of the vehicle and making sure it’s ready to go it will go a long way. But all staff members were polite and welcoming and the environment was wonderful an older building but I had a great shopping experience. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do and thank you Robert for your knowledge and excellent customer service skills and listing to the customers wants, needs and wishes as well as getting me a better APR than what I was quoted at a different bank. More
