My experience at Hardy Suoerstore was totally positive, even enjoyable. They have managed to change my attitude from dread to hopeful expectation. Matt Hicks was friendly, professional, helpful, but stil even enjoyable. They have managed to change my attitude from dread to hopeful expectation. Matt Hicks was friendly, professional, helpful, but still made my time there fun. Having no idea what I wanted other than a car, he knew the questions to ask in order to get me into the perfect vehicle. At no time did I feel stressed, pressed or rushed. Matt figured out what I needed and what I wanted when I didn’t know myself. I know I could have left at any time without buying anything and would be treated with the same respect if I came back. He was truly helpful. There was no hard sell or trying to talk me into anything. At one point Bryan McGarity came in to meet me and say hello, much like a restaurant manager might come by your table to find out how your meal was. He was also kind and helpful, offering words of wisdom as I considered my choices. Another salesman even came in to offer us water, another pleasantry that was much appreciated. To conclude my story, I am now the owner of a 2025 used Honda CR-V that had only 47 miles on it, and also own a new attitude towards used car salesmen.
