Its now 5 weeks later and my temp tag expires in a few days, and they still have not xfered my FL tag. They keep telling me its not their fault its the company they paid to do it. Its not my fault either. In a few days I will have to park the truck. They need to get their act together. The back office at Hardy is terrible. A month previous I bought a new Camaro at the Chevy store and two weeks to the day I had my FL tag xfered. The Chevy store can get it done but not the Ford store. More
Customer service in the service department is terrible. Making an appointment or using the app to make an appointment is pointless. You arrive and they tell you they will get to it in a couple of days. Wha Making an appointment or using the app to make an appointment is pointless. You arrive and they tell you they will get to it in a couple of days. What is the point of making an appointment then? Jim Tidwell Ford was an easy phone call with an appointment and they will look at it they day of the appointment. More
This Dealership was my preferred, I’ve since changed, I found a Dealership nearer very inclusive with a welcoming atmosphere, I wouldn’t go back. found a Dealership nearer very inclusive with a welcoming atmosphere, I wouldn’t go back. More

I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was their #1 allocation outside of the 2 priority orders. Alison Brock handles their new vehicle reservations and did a superb job. Her attention to detail and always being available to answer my random questions via phone, text and email were greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the several times where she simply mentioned "I'm not sure, I'll follow-up with Ford". Her transparency throughout this process went a long way and it helped to bounce different ideas off of her and to get her advice as a fellow Bronco reservation holder (i.e., switching to soft top vs holding out for the hard top and implications etc.). I did not envy Alison's position handling the Bronco orders as there was so much out of her and the dealership's control as they were dependent on Ford to replace MIC hardtops, delays in shipping etc. Also, the dealership sales staff was great to deal with at delivery including some last minute challenges with the PDI and car cleaning staff being out unexpectedly. Paul from the finance staff had all of the paperwork queued up ahead of time and definitely met my hopes of not being at the dealership hours on end the night of delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions around warranties and maintenance plans etc. Additionally, I'm sure you've all seen the forums with all of the dealership horror stories starting to pop-up regarding ADMs (Additional Dealer Mark-ups) and surprise price increases at times of delivery. Andy Graves (General Sales Manager) communication was very clear and direct from the beginning and there were no surprises. We had negotiated a price ahead of ordering and the dealership stuck to it with no games. Given the crazy times we live in with the pandemic, combined with spending way too much time on the forums there was a lot of uncertainty and Andy eliminated any worries or concerns. I also contacted numerous local Ford Dealers and none of them replied as directly and cordially as Andy did (including one that tried to educate me on Supply and Demand and the impacts on pricing!). I appreciate your integrity throughout the entire process! In addition, with my daughter unexpectedly totaling her car we were left in a predicament being down a car and scrambling with the uncertainty of a delivery time for our Bronco. The dealership went above and beyond, not only providing a loaner car that could've been a Ford Edge or Escape (no offense :), but provided a sweet Cyber Orange Bronco for 2.5 weeks without hesitation. There is no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I plan to use them in the future (hmmm, I have a Lightning reservation.....) Thanks for all you guys do! More
This will be the last time I visit this Ford dealership This will be the last time I visit this Ford dealership for service on my F150 pickup truck. Set up a service appointment for a recall and roof leak This will be the last time I visit this Ford dealership for service on my F150 pickup truck. Set up a service appointment for a recall and roof leak in sunroof in mid August for 27 August. Arrived at 9am, recieved a call at 10.30 that the 3rd party vendor stated I needed to redo the roof drain as the current Ford system was inadequate. Price $380.00 to which I said I just wanted the current ones cleaned out. They didn't have the parts for the recall. I said not to do anything and would be in shortly to pickup the truck. Upon arrival, I was informed that the cost to look at the leak was $150.00 to which I stated what for? That is what the 3rd party vendor charges to look at the truck. To which I asked, why didn't they tell me and I would clean out the drains myself for $150.00. Sorry, we must have forgot to tell you. Really, how is it all other services, I was always advised in advance? Sorry again. I think the dealership is failing. Scott. More

Just bought a 2020 Ford Escape from Hardy Ford today. Tommy was my salesperson and Paul was my finance manager. Both were top shelf professionals. I have worked in the auto industry for years so I have high expectations and like to control the experience - time spent trying to buy a car is time you will never get back. It was truly a 5 star experience. Trade value offered on my trade-in was right in line with what I expected to get based on my experience. Lots of rebates and very attractive selling price made for basically a no-negotiation needed deal. I did most everything online and on the phone with both of them and spent literally less than 20 minutes at the dealership total. They both were very accommodating and allowed me to guide the process - which meant for them a very small time investment against whatever commission they will earn. They both were adamant about their availability post-sale and making sure I knew that I could call them for anything. During the process, they offered way more help than I needed so I am not implying they rushed me in and out. I also got a small bag of goodies which I thought was a really nice touch. I am new to the area and was really anxious not having any contacts and dealing with COVID. Hardy Ford was perfect. I will definitely be back for service visits and will buy from them when I am ready to replace my other car. More

Awful service The reason for taking it to Hardy and the only reason was for a recall, but I need other things look at. So I told hardy the problems And they said The reason for taking it to Hardy and the only reason was for a recall, but I need other things look at. So I told hardy the problems And they said they will call and tell me what the price was to fix it. well talk about pricey but I told them to go ahead and do the work I knew it would take a few days but I turned the keys in on July 24th 2019 and I have still yet to get my truck back and it’s August 8th 2019. 17 days and counting and they keeps saying they can’t just work on mine they have other cars to work on. So I’m supposed to wait over two weeks so someone else don’t have to wait 2-3 days that’s ridiculous. So needless to say I am not happy. But I will say that John the guy working with me is nice I’m just not happy with the service from the mechanics. More
