Great experience! I went there just to look at deals going on and see vehicles. The salesman Jason was very polite, friendly and personable. He showed me what my options were and didn't pressure me at all. I'm debating which vehicle I want rather it be a Ford Fusion or Focus. But with the product knowledge Jason knew he made the process less stressful and fun. I definitely will go to Hardy Family Ford when I finally decide what I want to buy! The salesman, John Wahler, helped us SO MUCH. He was very knowledgeable about all the awesome features of the car, and he made it easy for us to understand. He helped us through the paperwork and when the day arrived to pick it up, he was right there with me through it all, to be sure it was carefully prepared and ready to go.. He made us comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know that they should ask for John when they go there to buy a car. I am a totally satisfied New Car Customer. I had told Jeff what I was looking for and he found several vehicles for me to look at, but I just didn't find the one. Great buying experience Bought a new 2015 F250 Lariat with the 6.7 Power Stroke, although I've only put 570 miles on it with only 6 miles new it has been night and day better Bought a new 2015 F250 Lariat with the 6.7 Power Stroke, although I've only put 570 miles on it with only 6 miles new it has been night and day better than my 2006 F250 with the 6.0. You can tell this is a fully built Ford with no international motor, thank God! Love the quiet motor and the absolutely clean air it omits. I'm able to hook my trailer up in the garage with having to hurry due to being over come with diesel fumes my 6.0 did. The 6.7 puts cleaner air out than a gas truck or at least it does not make you gasp for air and it makes virtually no smell, CRAZY! Read one recent reviewer knocking his new 250 with fluids leaking at 3,500 miles. I will be willing to bet he put a chip / programmer on it to boost the power beyond factory specs and is playing dumb. That's what most people do with diesels, that's why I'll never buy a used diesel with out knowing the full history ever. My 6.0 had 2 owners before me and was chipped when I got it. The 2015 owners manual specifically warns of properly breaking in up to 500 miles then another proper break in up to 1,000 miles. I would say most people never do that, and probably don't even read the owners manual. So throw a performance modifier on it with young miles or ever for that matter, you got to expect problems. Anyways the 6.7 engine is solid and I've heard of 2015's having 14 and 20K miles already and not a single issue. I assume its Operator Error on his part or a fluke???? Got a buddy with 14K miles and he has no leaking fluids or problems but its fully stock never modified. Anyways this review is about the buying experience enough about the awesome truck. The sales staff was very polite and never pushy. Started doing the deal online through email with Sabrine. They were offering great internet specials that you apparently can only get when you deal online, otherwise I guess you have to haggle in person. At the dealership they never advertised 10K off but online they did. Sabrine was able to get me ballpark figures and presumable trade values together and got me in a happy place. Then I needed to come in to get true values on both of my trades and she handed me off to Jason Tromonte. He called me by name when I was stepping out of my truck as he was waiting on me (I had an appointment). Very polite and respectful. That impressed me. They gave me close to what I was asking on my trades with the tax incentives for trading it was only knocking them down a little and they both needed tires so I actually got the value I needed to get my payments in range of my budget, so I was happy with their offer. I was able to get them to throw in a sprayed in bed liner as part of the deal which turned out great thanks to Bullet Liner, which is who they use. All parties I checked off below were all great people that I dealt with in some way during my experience there. I commend them on a professional yet laid back atmosphere. And they have awesome service too. My old 6.0 was there a lot and I never felt taken and they always made recommendations and at times would say you can wait a while to fix this or that but at some point... .etc, never pushy. Sometimes while they were working on one thing they would notice another and give me a quote and sometimes they would save me labor if they already had the engine apart. Yea the international brand engine they use to use was being worked on a lot. Yea they are a little higher than the side street shop but they are higher for a reason. They are skilled and if something goes wrong with their work it will not be your fault as with side street shops, been there done that. They uphold their warranties that's a fact! And never argue. When my wife is due a new vehicle in a few years I'll look back to Hardy Ford. More

Horrible experience I just bought my own car from Autonation Ford in Marietta, highly recommend. So when we came here about a week later to get my husband a car, I knew some things were not right. First off, my husband wanted to get the mustang in orange and we were told by our salesman Victor Rodriguez, that they do not make the car in orange on the ecoboost mustang. So, we settled on a different color and left feeling like we didn't get the best deal. We signed the papers Friday and was told since the car is located somewhere in Atlanta, that it should be here by Saturday. We asked if they would give us a loaner car since I recieved one before I got my new car. They said they don't do that here. So we wait. Turns out the car won't make it untill Monday. No big deal, here comes Monday and they tell us it won't be here till Tuesday, if that. While we've been waiting, I've done some of my own research to find out they DO make the orange for the ecoboost Mustang. We told the salesman today and he played it off that him and the dealership did not know this since they've never had one before. So much for looking, I guess. They told us they will try and get it with the options we wanted. Was told about 4 hours later that we can get it but it will be more expensive, because they can only find one with the specs he wants and it has an extra package we need. Little did he know, that I already found the exact car my husband wants, in orange with all the specs he wants and it is the same price as the one we signed for. I got him to give this information to the sale man and have heard nothing yet. This dealership is horrible. I will never shop here again. This whole time they have been procrastinating and trying to up sale him even though they already know what he wants, and can get the car from Florida. Now I am just waiting to see how long it will take to get the car and if we get the one he wants. If I could, I would cancel this contract with them and go to the dealer that has the car my husband wants and sign the contract with them. I will never come here again, and if you wish to use them, please do your research before coming. They will use all their tricks go buy a car you don't need and/or cannot afford. I will be making sure we take all our service to Autonation Ford from now on. Definitely worth the extra drive. More

On our way home my husband decided to stop at Hardy Ford to "Just Look" Bill Mays met us at the front with a smile and wanted to know what he could do for us. So my husband told him what we wanted. Bill told us that he would take care of us and do what it takes to make us happy. Bill was honest, friendly and had a great personality. I felt so bad because they closed at 8 and at 9:30 we walked out with my new Ford Fusion & at the price we were happy with. I kept apologizing about keeping them late and I was told not to worry about it that they were going to do whatever it took to get us the vehicle we wanted. I can say that Bill Mays is the FIRST car salesman I have ever hugged!!!! I will continue to do my business and send friends and family to Hardy!!!!! Thank you so much!!!! More
