Overall best car buy experience My husband and I had our choices narrowed down between The Chevrolet Trax and the Honda HR-V and visited both dealerships to compare our options befor My husband and I had our choices narrowed down between The Chevrolet Trax and the Honda HR-V and visited both dealerships to compare our options before making final purchase decisions. Although we thought we were completely prepared with credit scores and income proof, we were suddenly surprised to find my husband was not listed as a buyer on our previous financed vehicle making him a first time buyer and apparently changing everything we had previously planned out. Steve Garner and the financial team went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the payments we needed. The peace of mind they created in our experience is worth more than most people could hope for. Steve Garner and the financial department is the reason we chose the Chevy Trax over the Honda HR-V because we loved both vehicles. Hardy Family Automotive Group shown us the right way to buy a vehicle and how you should be treated when doing so. I left Honda AutoNation in tears and not because we weren’t approved but the financial department ruined the whole experience and I will never for us but ultimately their financial teams poor customer service not only lost their salesperson his sale but turned us off of Honda completely.
