Awful Customer service Good Day, I was very disappointed with my last service adviser and visit to this dealership. I believe his name is John Mayo He always has a attitude and when I pick-up my car at the last visit . It was the only vehicle with snow on it. I had to clean snow off it with my child in the cold while everyone stood around and watch! That was a lack of laziness and customer service! I don't feel good about returning there for any services and dealing with that guy again. Even though, Hardy Chevrolet is convent to my home I prefer to travel elsewhere for Excellent customer service and to be treated right! More
Very disappointed Purchased 2017 Silverado. Vehicle has transmission. Brought truck in twice issue not resolved. Told by technicians the problem is with GMC. MEANWHILE Purchased 2017 Silverado. Wonderful people to deal with! We have been dealing with this dealership for 20+ years. We have always been satisfied with the vehicles we have bought from them as well as the excel We have been dealing with this dealership for 20+ years. We buy a new/used car at least every other year and have even bought them over the phone. Very trustworthy. Overall best car buy experience My husband and I had our choices narrowed down between The Chevrolet Trax and the Honda HR-V and visited both dealerships to compare our options befor My husband and I had our choices narrowed down between The Chevrolet Trax and the Honda HR-V and visited both dealerships to compare our options before making final purchase decisions. Although we thought we were completely prepared with credit scores and income proof, we were suddenly surprised to find my husband was not listed as a buyer on our previous financed vehicle making him a first time buyer and apparently changing everything we had previously planned out. Steve Garner and the financial team went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the payments we needed. The peace of mind they created in our experience is worth more than most people could hope for. Steve Garner and the financial department is the reason we chose the Chevy Trax over the Honda HR-V because we loved both vehicles. Hardy Family Automotive Group shown us the right way to buy a vehicle and how you should be treated when doing so. I left Honda AutoNation in tears and not because we weren’t approved but the financial department ruined the whole experience and I will never for us but ultimately their financial teams poor customer service not only lost their salesperson his sale but turned us off of Honda completely. Hardy Family Automotive Group was recommended to us by 2 of our friends and I called and thanked them for pointing us in best direction for vehicle purchase. More
