Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC

My experience with Hardy Chevrolet on my recent purchase was fantastic. My hat goes off to Robert for making this happen. Not to mention I had tried to buy this car at several other dealers in the past 2 months, it was Saturday afternoon, raining, and i had to have a car to leave for out of town. I didn't even get out of my car until Robert had gone inside and located the car i was looking for (I apologize Robert) in a matter of minutes. Everything was great from that moment on. Hardy located the car, we worked a deal that beat any quotes i had before and they sent a driver for the car. Then i picked out my warranty, signed my name, and drove off in my new car before the rain stopped. Thank you Robert and the whole Hardy Team. Brad and Billy worked to get me the best trade for my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. They also had the exact color of the Chevrolet Colorado moved from their Gainsville Location. On the first night when we stopped by, Clayton was very friendly from the get go. Asked about our needs and didn't try to up sell us on more than what we were looking for. Didn't get hassled when we were leaving, took his card and shook his hand and we left. My wife and I mulled it over and the next day I went back to buy a 2012 GMC Terrain. I did research online and had a price in my head in preparation for the "typical" dealer battle. To my surprise when I got back Clayton promply met me and remembered me, I told him I wanted to buy the Terrain and he went straight to work for me. I sat at his desk as he stepped away for a minute, the knots were building in my gut dreading the battle I had been anticipating was begining. When he returned he showed me the paper that had a price and break down on it. The bottom line price was within $100 of what I had in my mind to pay and was lower than the average in my area. What a relief I thought, I didn't have to haggle or fight to get a good price!!! Everyone was friendly and I didn't have to deal with the "typical" dealer battles. They were very attentive and answered all my questions and made it the best experience I have ever had in a dealership!!! Will go back again when it is time for our next vehicle!!! More

Truly exceptional customer service. Tom went to bat for me with GM to get a repair covered by warranty (after the warranty expired) that would have otherwise been quite expensive. This was an issue that w me with GM to get a repair covered by warranty (after the warranty expired) that would have otherwise been quite expensive. This was an issue that was initially addressed during the warranty period but not resolved until now, after GM had developed a fix. Kudos to Tom and Hardy GMC for going the extra mile to get this resolved, and also to GM for standing behind their products. Thank you! Thank you!
