I went to Hardy Chevrolet to look at new cars thinking I would buy a new Impala in the next three or four months but the salesman was very nice and informative and he gave me a great a deal so I bought a n would buy a new Impala in the next three or four months but the salesman was very nice and informative and he gave me a great a deal so I bought a new car that day. He was great. He did not pressure me and was very easy to talk to. I was quite impressed with the treatment I was given. My mother was with me because she was getting her car serviced and she was so impressed she told her Nephew he need to go and talk to Robert about a new car. I am a satiafied customer. From the moment we entered Hardy Dealership we felt at home. Everyone was very kind and willing to help. They make you feel like you are the only customer in the office. The finance team was great. Paul Lindsey is our hero. We didn't have the best credit but that didn't matter to Paul. He worked very hard for us and stayed with us through it all. He and the finance team made it work and we now own a 2012 Malibu. You guys are the best!!!!! Thank you again for all you done for us. We will not do business anywhere else. More

As we were strolling on the lot Robert came out and offered his assistance. When we showed him what we were looking for (already had done some internet shopping) he jumped right in to help us find it offered his assistance. When we showed him what we were looking for (already had done some internet shopping) he jumped right in to help us find it on the lot. One of the things I hate most is shopping for a new vehicle but Robert made it easy and quite painless. He gave us the space we needed to discuss it and make a good decision and ultimately we did purchase our truck from him later that day. Everyone we talked to on our visit was courteous and helpful. My wife and I have been "Hardy's Customers" for many, many years now. We can't remember exactly how many cars and truck we have bought from Billy Barnett, but we have always felt like we were being many, many years now. We can't remember exactly how many cars and truck we have bought from Billy Barnett, but we have always felt like we were being treated fairly and were being given the full, honest opinion of a good and decent man. Billy has never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. I have included Tom Jones on this survey because, although we did not have any service done on a vehicle during this visit, we always try to make sure Tom is our service advisor ofor all our vehicles, and Tom rates right up there with Billy for honesty, friendliness and poduct knowledge. 'Mr. Charles' has two fine employees in Billy Barnett and Tom Jones. They are the main reasons we keep coming back, year after year. More
