Robert Ard was very helpful, friendly, and knoweledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We went on a test drive and he share a great deal of his knowledge about how the vehicle would about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We went on a test drive and he share a great deal of his knowledge about how the vehicle would handle and the features of the vehicle. He was patient and took the time to make sure the my company's GMC plan was in your system before we went to far into the process to ensure that no issues would arise. Due to our credit history, my husband and I were initially looking at used cars. Imagine our surprise when we were able to get a NEW car at a decent price! Words can not express the feelings I have initially looking at used cars. Imagine our surprise when we were able to get a NEW car at a decent price! Words can not express the feelings I have when I get into my NEW Equinox everyday. Security, great gas mileage and a payment that doesn't brake me is OUTSTANDING! I was almost ready to just keep on driving my 2003 Chevrolet Suburban. We visited another dealer in the area to look at some new vehicles. We were looking at Buick Lacrosse and Verano to see which one Chevrolet Suburban. We visited another dealer in the area to look at some new vehicles. We were looking at Buick Lacrosse and Verano to see which one would suit us the best. After a 4 hour ordeal we decided to leave without a vehicle. My daughter called to see how our experience went and suggested that we stop waisting our time. She had just purchased a Yukon XL Denali at Hardy's and had Billy Barnett as a salesman. I told my wife rather than go to the dealership, let's call and see what we think of Billy, we were both kinda gun-shy after the night before. Billy took our phone call and asked us what we were looking for and suggested we visit the lot so he could show us what exactly our choices were. When we arrived at the dealership, Billy was very friendly and personable rather than quick and pushy, like the night before. He asked us alot of questions to determine what we were looking for, then he took us to the lot to show us the Malibu. After driving the Malibu, my wife and I thought that this car suited our needs much better than what we were looking for before meeting Billy. He knew by just asking us what we needed in a vehicle that the Malibu was a good choice for us. I will definetley be back to Hardy Chevrolet to do my business from now on. In less than 3 hours time, we drove our new car off of the lot. I not only feel like I got a great car, but I also feel that we got the best deal possible in a great atmosphere. I also know that I didn't get lied to just to make a sale. I feel like I made a friend and not just a deal. More

My experience at Charles Hardy exceeded my expextations on every level. Dan Worley listened to our need and delivered exactly what was discussed--no surprises. My experience with Hardy Chevorlet was a everything purchasing a car should be!! Just minutes after submitting an online credit application, I received a text message saying my application had be rece purchasing a car should be!! Just minutes after submitting an online credit application, I received a text message saying my application had be received and a sales associate would be contacting me a short time later. Paul contacted me and I sat up a time to come and meet with them on the following Saturday. When I arrived, after talking a few short minutes, Paul then proceeded to show me the different cars that he believed that he could help me with. He told me to choose the one that I seemed most interested in and we would work on that. I choose the car I liked, test drove and while all the paper work was being completed, had lunch!! I returned to finished paperwork and being handed the keys to my brand new 2012 Cheverlot Cruze!!! Dusty proceeded to finish the paperwork and showed me how to work the different features in the car. I may also add that he credit manager was pleasant to work with as well!! The staff at Hardy Cheverlot showed professionalism in their actions while treating you as a friend. They have even followed up with me after the purchase, which is something that I have never experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!! The credit forgiveness program is a wonderful program that they can offer their customers who have credit issues due to misfortune or other reasons--they are willing to give you a second chance and that is a wonderful feeling!!
