Just had the best experience dealing with a Dealership Service department. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Passport Touring from a non-Honda Dealership in another City. I noticed a popping sound in the Service department. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Passport Touring from a non-Honda Dealership in another City. I noticed a popping sound in the cabin and contacted Dylan Sebastian with Hardin Co. Honda. I fully expected that I would get very little help or enthusiasm regarding my problem as I had bought the car elsewhere. Boy, was I surprised! Dylan greeted me very courteously and quickly started evaluating my vehicle. I waited in the very clean, well appointed waiting room. Dylan was prompt about keeping me appraised of their progress. Ultimately, they diagnosed the problem and corrected it . I was expecting a big charge but was pleasantly surprised when Dylan informed me the repairs were under warranty. If that was not enough, Dylan graciously took his time to sit in the car with me and go over the features that I had been struggling ( computer challenged!) I would recommend Hardin Co. Honda for any service work. Also, I only wish I had 10 Dylan’s working in my office. It was such a pleasure to enjoy such great customer service. Dave M. More
