Even though they fixed it..i think it's Jesse... ordered a new part for good measure AND called me in less than 3 days to let me know. My truck sat ate the repair center for over two weeks, the first week they did not touch it simply because they forgot it was there. This was not the first time I've had problems with repairs and advisors. I've complained to the service director, but all I received was apologies and they will work on it and it will not happen again. Till this day my truck still has problems, and I was told that the service advisors will call me once he gets a loaner truck he will call me. its been one week and still waiting for a phone call. They make it hard to stay an loyal GMC customer Sergio. More
