From the first phone call I had inquiring about the vehicle I Purchased I had a great experience. He took the time to explain and be fully transparent with over the phone which made me decide to go into the dealership to try and work out a deal. Once I got there he was once again very professional, extremely polite and hospitable showing me around the dealership before we sat down to get into the numbers for the purchase. Everything he had quoted me over the phone was exactly that no hidden fees, costs or anything of the sort. Very straight forward in fact he actually saved me some extra money with a Costco membership deal they were running. It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Russell. Now moving on to finance my experience continued. We met with Talia and let me tell you she was a delight to work with as well. Everything straight forward to pushy sales approach explained all the extended warranties and packages and even advised me on the ones to not get. Talia was very patient, professional and polite took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. I was overall extremely pleased and stratified with the staff and level of customer service from HARDIN BUICK GMC. Needed my transmission looked at on my 2023 Sierra, they had me bring it in two days before Christmas and were able to replace the faulty part and get the car back to me the day after Christmas.
